Some more, these are all animal related...
This is a an Elk, taken up in Estes Park, CO. we drove up one Sunday afternoon to see the town, and they have river walk that runs through the town, and a herd of elk that live across the river. Apparently they are very tame and will cross the river and feed right out of your hand. The male of the herd was being very shy and would hide behind the trees and not cross the river, I stalked him up and down the river until I finally got a shot of him in the clear. 
Some bird (Don't ask me what type of bird it is) Taken up near Brighton Ski Resort this past summer on a hike with the family.
This I believe is a monarch, this was at the Atchafalaya Basin in Louisiana, I stopped at the visitor's center and was walking around snapping some pix, and this guy came a landed right in front of me. I crept up to him and he (or she) spread open their wings for me to take a picture.
